In the OnlyDrams API, a distillery is characterized as an entity primarily engaged in the production of a distinct alcoholic spirit. This definition encompasses any establishment dedicated to the distillation process of alcoholic beverages. Given the diverse nature of the spirits industry, which includes a range of manufacturers such as non-distilling producers, blenders, and others, our definition of a Distillery is comprehensive and inclusive. It essentially refers to any entity that is a source of distilled spirits.
